Procedure for developing a website

At the beginning of the journey...

So, where do we begin?
We will contact you by mail or telegram.
You create and send me the technical task. If there is none, it is enough to provide information about what type of site and what it is needed for, the preferred style, color scheme, examples of sites that you like with your comments, as well as the necessary material for the site: logo, texts, graphics, photos, certificates, etc.
If something is missing, ok, I’ll make it and select it myself — and do it thoughtfully and as efficiently as possible.

Prepayment

An advance payment of $100 is not much, but it gives confidence in the honesty of the customer and stimulates work faster. In any case, advance payment (at least partial) is chosen by most specialists working directly.
When I complete the development of the first screen — the most important part of any site, I give the customer a link for review and approval.
In addition, in video or text mode, I will describe the full argumentation of the adopted design decisions and usability properties, in other words, I will describe the rationale for the location of all elements and how they look.
Each of my development decisions will be verified and substantiated, which means it will contribute as much as possible to achieving the set goals.

Payment in stages

Once we dot all the i's and cross all the t's, we will agree with you on the first screen and you will definitely be firmly aware that a high-quality and well-thought-out project is being developed that meets the set objectives — transfer the next $100 of the project cost.
After the first screen is approved, I continue working on the site until the PC version of the site (the site will be designed to display correctly on computer monitors, laptops, netbooks) is fully completed. After the work done is approved, the customer pays 25% of the total cost of the project.
When I complete the work on the website’s adaptability for tablet and phone extensions (including horizontal orientation), the remainder of the project is paid.

On the home stretch!

Almost ready!
We are always in touch with you about the progress of development and decisions made.
When the project is ready, you receive the desired site in an archived form. This archive just needs to be uploaded to the hosting in the www folder and unzipped there. That's it! If you have any difficulties with this, I can help here too.
If there is such a need, I can help with domain registration and hosting and then upload the site — in general, do absolutely everything for you.
You will also receive an intuitive admin panel, with the help of which you can easily make adjustments to the text or graphic part, as well as add fragments of metric codes for analytics, etc. If necessary, I will record detailed video instructions for working with the admin panel.

Edits

Unlike many designers, when working with me you won't be given strict limits on the number of iterations or sets of edits.
You have unlimited 😊 I will make all the edits during the project for free and in any quantity. So if you want to ask for something — just let me know!
But, to be fair, it is important to distinguish between edits and improvements...
Edits — adjust colors, placement, swap blocks, add or change texts. These are edits. And they're free!
Refinements are things that were not initially mentioned, that were not in the technical specifications — they remembered or decided to add an information block, section or page. Of course, I will do all this. And, most likely, for free... but, depending on how often you will "remember")

Important

All changes must be justified and aimed at improvement, and not because the customer likes it that way. The site is not an end in itself, and is primarily developed to perform a target action and generate income, and not for beauty and does not necessarily have to look the way you see it. The site must first and foremost bring real income to the owner, and only then be liked.
Be that as it may, it is my job to justify my decisions, yours — to listen or not. If the question becomes fundamental — he who pays the piper calls the tune!

Ongoing website support

Always in touch and ready to help.
When ordering a website from me, you can be 100% sure that I will always help you if you need it. Add a new assortment, update the description, upload new pictures or just change your phone number — just let me know.
Of course, it’s not free, but you’ll be calm that in case of an unsuccessful attempt to change something, nothing is broken and everything works as it should. Because searching for and correcting other people’s mistakes takes much longer — and is more expensive.
So write — I'm sure we'll work together!
